My journey into filmmaking began over a decade ago with a GoPro camera and the cold waters of British Columbia. What started as documenting surfing and spearfishing trips grew into a deeper passion for storytelling and the creative process behind it. Over time, that passion evolved into Black Fish Media, a Vancouver based video production comany built around cinematic storytelling and purposeful content creation.

With a background as a certified commercial diver, I bring a deep understanding of the ocean and the technical expertise to film in environments few others can access. Working underwater taught me what it really means to perform under pressure. I bring that same composure and intent to filmmaking, no matter the conditions.

Today, I work with a variety of brands, businesses, and creatives across different industries, producing cinematic video content that connects with audiences and brings ideas to life. From commercial productions and brand films to content creation for social media, every project is designed to help brands stand out, tell their story and connect with the right audience.

Rooted in the rugged beauty of the Pacific Northwest, my work blends a love for the ocean with a cinematic style that combines visual beauty with purpose and clarity. Whether its filmed from the air, underwater, or on land, I focus on captuiring visuals that feel alive and immersive. My experience working on large scale film and television sets has given me a deep understanding of production, teamwork, and the precision that goes into professional filmmaking at the highest level.

At Black Fish Media, storytelling is both art and strategy. Every project is built to strengthen your brand, connect with your audience, and deliver results through powerful cinematic storytelling.
